I often wonder how many of you decide who joins your live network: do just allow anyone one to join? or are you caution who you allow to join. This is something I think we all need to learn about and share our thoughts with our fellow Live members.
I don’t allow every person who sends me a invite to join my network, here are just a few things I look for when I get an invite. After I get the invite I will view that person’s Profile, then I will look for Updates, if this person has no updates I will then look for Page Content’s if this person has no contents on there pages I will not allow access to my network. The reason for this is because I don’t want to have people that never visit’s there Windows Live, page and have my contact list FULL of people that never use there spaces. It only makes things harder for me to manage my Network and contacts.
I like to see people that use there Spaces this way if I do allow them to have access to my network, at least it’s someone that I know takes sometime using there Windows Live Space and not waste my time. Let us know your views on this and what do you look for when someone joins your Windows Live network.
Let’s face it we spend a lot of time and effort into our Windows Live blogs we want to see other people also do this. And most of the times if I don’t see some sort of profile picture that will also help me decide if this person will be allow into my network. Sound crazy but that’s how I feel about people joining.
