MessengerSays: "Trouble sending messages"

The problem seems to have been solved, as said at MessengerSays blog, and we’ve been getting more information about the case.

Today, the MessengerGeek said the problem was, most probably, caused by changes necessary to the mandatory update to Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8089.726 (more information about the mandatory update)

MessengerGeek: "Mesenger server problems"

If your system is not supported by Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8089.726, there are no reasons for worries. As confirmed by MessengerSays, official Windows Live Messenger team blog, only the users of supported systems will be forced to upgrade. They are:

  • Windows XP 32bit;
  • Windows Vista (32bit/64bit);
  • Windows 7 (32bit/64bit);
  • Windows Server 2008.
