- Each of the above options are available 'after' logging on with the Hotmail Plus Live ID when accessing the Hotmail Support web site

- Sign-On Prompt dialog box
- Click on 'Sign In' in the right side pane(shown in blue text above)
- Enter your Hotmail Plus Live ID username and password.
- After a short wait/load time the Support Options dialog box will appear
- Support Options dialog box
- Select a type of support available under Customer Service or Technical Support
