I can’t tell how much I appreciate the Clubhouse using my posts to spread the word about Microsoft’s
Windows Live products and services. I have been receiving so many hits on my Windows Live Spaces site from ads like this:
This is what it says: Windows Live Writer:
Blog Big
With Windows Live Writer, you can compose your blog offline, then publish your entry with just a few clicks to one or multiple blogging sites. It's easy to bring your posts to life with photos, video, music, maps, emoticons, and more – and Writer lets you preview your blog before you publish, so you can make sure you've got your story straight.
In the lower right hand corner it has this picture of me with a link to my post that is getting my stories read by you:
You know the old saying, “There is one in every crowd!” Well I just happened to have one leave a comment on my post Portal to the World! I thought about just deleting the comment and not let it bother me, but the
more I thought about this comment the more I wanted to respond to the remarks. It’s a story I have to tell!
The reason that the comment was so hurtful to me was because it questions my integrity about my writing my posts for the Clubhouse. I was going to put the comment in my post today,
but I feel like I would just be promoting this type of behavior and the comment is there for all to read if anyone is interested in reading it Click Here. When I wrote my response to the comment it made me think about how We all are People Behind The Keyboard and this person’s entitled to their opinion of my purpose for writing the post.
I am not writing my posts for the Clubhouse to impress anyone or to boast about my knowledge of Windows Live products and services. My limited
ability to tell you about the details of how their software works is one of the reasons I am writing this post. I really do like the new Windows Live Beta products, but my ability to write about the details is very limited. I am writing this entry today to express my gratitude just for the opportunity to be a Beta tester, not that I know a great deal about how everything should work!
I really like the new Windows Live Beta software, but that’s just my opinion. You’ll have to try it
for yourself and tell us all how you like using the products and services. Join me at the Clubhouse and share your thoughts with the World, it could change the way you think!
Have fun and Enjoy Life it is to short to do other Wise!
A New Windows Live Community
Thanks for Listening,
Jeff
