We must first examine the word “Viral" which is derived from "Virus".  Many of you know that a virus is something that spreads by a variety of means, whether it be from direct contact or other means of direct or indirect contact!

There are thousands of sites that will allow you to submit your site's URL for free to be included into their site submission process.  This will allow the directories of those search engines to include you in their list.  Be advised, though, that sometimes it can take several weeks to have you listed on such sites as Yahoo and the larger networks.
