Windows Live Mail“This message contains an attachment whose file type is considered dangerous.  The file has been deactivated.”

This is what I read in the Windows Live Mail preview pane, each (!) time when I receive a read receipt from a recipient who is using Microsoft Outlook.  What attachment is blocked?  Files like “ATT000XX.txt”!

Why are text-only files (*.txt) blocked?!
