About me

I was awarded Microsoft MVP in 2006 and have been re-awarded each year since in Consumer Security. Although my primary focus is helping and administering security forums, I enjoy sharing security and other computer topics on my blog.

My interests

It is very rewarding helping home computer users, beginning with helping them remove malware to restore their computer to a usable state and then providing information to help them keep their computer clean and running smoothly. In addition to my online activities, I enjoy seeing friends, spending time in my yard and with our family pets. I have found reading mysteries a great way to unwind after a number of hours analyzing logs.
